Over the horizon , out of the wilds of Northumberland came this guy ‘banner raised high’ proclaiming the good news of Jesus . Another John Wesley !! Another John the Baptist !!! Arriving at the tiny village of Scots Gap was amazing in itself – God inspired Mike to visit us- his chosen church in Northumberland .
What a privilege to welcome him and Mark, for them to stay a while, share a meal, hear their inspirational testimony and leave us greatly encouraged.
The Crown banner was Raised High in our church service on Sunday morning .
Hi Mike, Josh and Anthony,
Just a short note to say how inspiring it has been reading about your walk so far.
As the Lord says “Those who honour me I will honour”.
You are certainly honouring the Lord and are an encouragement in being obedient to God’s will for my life.
I will continue to keep you in prayer.
Meanwhile, may the Lord continue to bless you richly in all ways.

I am so certain that the Lord is with you as He has always promised. Its amazing what the Lord can do through those that believe. I am of course certainly not surprised at what happened to the girl receiving her hearing again through you. Last night I dreamt you in what I believe to be an interpretation of what you are engaged in right now.
In my dream I saw you holding a white rope, climbing a high hill saying to all of the crowd ” once I am up there I will tie the rope so that one by one you all can use the rope to get there”. It was as though we were in a camp site. Later in the dream we were all together in a beautifully lit place/house in Mitcham and you were explaining the episode and all of us were very happy with one another.
This may not give the true impression of what you are doing right now, but one thing I do know is that I think the Lord has a specific message through you that we or the world needs to hear. I am proud to have you as my pastor, and I think you are a hero for the Kingdom. May He continue to replenish your strength and needs each day. I am sure He that has brought you this far will see you to the end. Remain confident in what He has promised you in 1Cor.15:58. Stay blessed as you are always in my prayers++++

It was amazing to feel that we had brushed up against the hand of God at work by having spent a little time with you on Sunday. Also, the word you had for our pastor was timely, much needed & very significant. I have also been personally challenged to stand up and give my all to whatever God wants to do with me, whatever the cost.
Thank you, again, & may you be blessed, as you are a blessing. May it be a wonderful time for you in Sheffield, and beyond.

Part of a song I used to sing in assembly when I was a young girl in primary school keeps coming to mind. Each time it does I think of what you are doing. It goes:
“When a knight won his spurs in the stories of old, he was gentle and brave, he was galant and bold.
With a shield in has arm and a lance in his hand,
for God and for valour he rode through the land”
As you walk with the Flag for God and continue to obey him, I pray that you remain in good health, overflowing in the power of the Holy Spirit, and abundantly blessed.
Amazing time in Bradford city centre the flag flew well in the wind catching a lot of peoples attention giving us great opportunity to shared the gospel, two young girls prayed to recieve Jesus, the pressance of God fell right there in the middle of the city centre and they didn’t want to leave us. Hallelujah!!!!
It was awesome to walk with Mike for the week to see the Kingdom of God blast anyone who got in its path there was just so many divine encounters with poeple and I would be here for a week trying to remember them all amazing to see people in the world so hungry for God. it was also great to see the provision of God on his poeple, one day we had just about eaten our last meal, the camper was low on diesel and £2 left in the kity. As we were walking Mike found five fence on the ground and felt God say to him how much do I have to give you before you give thanks,so we praised God and it seems mad but within 24 hours that five pence had multiplied 14000 times.
The bigger picture is through this walk I literaly saw The principalities and powers being pushed back and the Kingdom of heaven forcefully advancing!!! keep going Mike you are shaking the nation.
